A new showroom "HoReCa Komplekt" has opened in Kaliningrad, demonstrating the capabilities of professionals for the design and equipment of hotels, cafes and restaurants.

The new creative space has two hostesses: Olga Teslenko (right), head of the well-known HoReCa Solutions company in the city, and Oksana Kesova (left), director of Design Komplekt. An invitation from KD to a housewarming party was just that case when old acquaintances open up from the other side.
Olga Teslenko: The very name of the showroom "HoReCa Complete" already speaks volumes. This is our joint project with Oksana Kesova, therefore his name unites the names of two companies: HoReCa Solutions and Design Kit. But this is not a play on words, but the most accurate reflection of the essence of our business collaboration - a complete set of objects in the HoReCa sphere: from a creative idea to turnkey delivery.
The main purpose of the HoReCa Kit is to create a successful business product for the owners of hotels, hotels and restaurants, and this should be done as simply and efficiently as possible, according to the “one window” principle. At HoReCa Komplekt we develop ideas and look for ways to implement them, demonstrating the capabilities not only of our companies, but also of other strong players in the HoReCa market: furniture makers, door specialists, suppliers of finishing materials, textiles, lighting, etc. In fact, we have made a creative laboratory, having designed our workspace as a studio for interior solutions. Here you can see a lot of what is required to complete a hotel or restaurant: from flooring to commercial tableware.
Oksana Kesova: "Commercial purpose" is perhaps the key concept that characterizes the "HoReCa Kit". Everything that is here is intended primarily for public spaces, which means that it has unique properties that are not endowed with products created for residential premises. Take, for example, one of my priority areas - floor coverings, which are my area of expertise. There are hundreds of companies in the world that produce vinyl, carpet, laminate, rubber tiles or artificial grass. But we only cooperate with those that specialize in commercial products, that is, they produce coatings with increased requirements for environmental, sanitary and fire safety. And most importantly, they can confirm this with the appropriate certificates, without which the material cannot be used either in hotels or in restaurants,
These are very specific products - floor coverings, ideal for living spaces, for public ones, as a rule, are not suitable due to insufficient strength, resistance to dirt and repeated cleaning with the use of aggressive chemicals. These are extended warranty periods: for example, manufacturers of commercial carpets promise that with standard use they will last five years, with heavy use - seven, and if you lay them at home, then throw them away after 20 years, because they will just bother you.
Olga Teslenko: My colleague correctly noted that there are very specific products. I have been designing cafes and restaurants for 13 years, my company HoReCa Solutions has about 350 successfully completed business projects, and every day we are developing, including professionally, striving to work with maximum efficiency in the HoReCa field.
Creating a project that is successful as a business is not the same as creating just a good interior. Designing and completing hotels and restaurants requires special knowledge and technology. I have been working on the idea of the HoReCa laboratory for more than one year, it was important for me that the creative component of each of our ideas, which we implemented as designers and architects, had a reliable practical basis.
Creativity and design, of course, are mega-important in any project, but as soon as the sketches are agreed upon, the customer inevitably has another question: "Where can I buy everything that talented designers have invented, besides, for adequate money?" And then our colleagues, with whom "HoReCa Komplekt" cooperates, enter the stage, ready to find, bring and assemble everything you need at the facility. And the main thing is to do it efficiently, not to distort the designer's idea and keep within the given budget and deadlines.
The essence of our creative association is to strengthen each other, not nod your head towards your partner, but together make a project inside and out, getting the synergy effect.
Oksana Kesova: It was the idea of “strengthening each other” that attracted me and other partners of HoReCa Complect.
When we opened Design Komplekt in 2011, we immediately set ourselves the goal of not just selling floor materials, but building partnerships with the customer, solving his problems. And difficulties arise not only at the time of selection and delivery of the material, but also later, during its installation, operation ... Therefore, we provide a full range of services: from delivery and installation (we invite professional teams from Moscow to the objects) to warranty service.
When we become participants in any project, be it a hotel, restaurant, sports complex or shopping center, it is important for us that the customer does not dive in particular: where you buy it, how you bring it, who will install it, etc. We carefully study the market, we visit many specialized exhibitions in Europe for the selection of manufacturers, we are constantly improving and expanding the range.
It is important that we are competent in our field and trust us as a partner. This is exactly the key moment that prompted us to cooperate with Olga Teslenko. We both understand the complexity of today's economic situation and try to offer the customer the best solutions. We adapt them to the project budget, we work only directly with factories, excluding intermediaries from the chain. We know the real cost of the product and can choose the price that is acceptable to the client. For floor coverings alone, we interact with dozens of factories from Germany, Great Britain, Czech Republic, Belgium, Denmark, Holland. The geography of the choice is quite large. And if you have an understanding of the market and a wide choice, then there are better solutions.
Olga Teslenko: HoReCa Complete has one more unique difference - thinking about the financial side of the issue, we do not forget about creativity. We start with it, generating ideas for design, design development and corporate identity. We complete the decoration with them. And very often, to the standard things from the catalogs of factories in projects, it is required to bring exclusive, hand-made interior items. It is a well-established practice for HoReCa Solutions to develop copyrighted items for their objects. We want to root this approach in our joint project "HoReCa Kit". My author's collection of interior items is presented in the showroom.
Several years ago I had a successful practice of creating designer ceramics for the Spanish factory Peronda. This project inspired me so much that I decided not to stop, took up a pencil and developed a collection of furniture, lamps, accessories called "Birds". Moreover, I set myself a rather difficult task - not just to make designer items, but to set trends in interior design. I would like to go even further, making our new showroom a creative platform for people who produce works of authorship and want to popularize their art. "HoReCa Komplekt" is a tailor shop for exclusive "clothes" for the interior. Each hotel or restaurant offers its own image, its own style and its own flavor. And the most important thing is that this image is really realizable!
HoReCa Solutions. The company was founded in 2004. The company grew out of the "Interio Design Studio", 2003) and specializes in integrated solutions in the HoReCa field: interior design, design, corporate identity, equipment and decoration of hotels, restaurants, cafes, etc.
